Rubflo is a manufacturer and flooring solutions provider specializing in rubber materials and resilient surface systems. We manufacture EPDM rubber granules, SBR rubber granules, PU binders, rubber tiles and mats, ETPU materials, Silicon PU and artificial turf, while supporting complete flooring systems for playgrounds, running tracks, sports courts, gyms and other recreational spaces. The Story Behind Rubflo
Rubflo began with rubber materials, but Eugene Pei soon realized that a good surface is about more than the material itself. One playground project in Gansu made that purpose especially clear: a surface should not only look good when it is finished, but continue to feel safe, reliable and reassuring through everyday use.
Make Every Run Count
Eugene Pei, Founder of Rubflo, still remembers the playground installation at Lanzhou Experimental Primary School in Gansu Province.
As the red and blue surface gradually came together, the school principal looked across the playground and said:
“It’s dusty here, and the children used to play on bare ground. Now they finally have a place where they can run and play without being so afraid of falling.”
That moment stayed with Eugene — and so did a question: what makes a surface worthy of that trust over time?

Since 2010, our journey has grown from manufacturing individual rubber flooring materials to developing complete surface systems for sports, play and other environments.
